Fourteen Crete High students were named to the list recognizing the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association Spring Season Academic All-State honors, according to a release received from the Nebraska School Activities Association.

Crete High’s Kaitlin Bradley won 100- and 200-meter dash titles for the fourth consecutive year to lead the Cardinal girls to the team title at the Central Conference track and field championships held Saturday at Lauritsen Track.

The Crete High boys’ soccer team earned a spot in the district championship match last week as they faced Hastings for the B-5 district title Thursday at York following a 3-1 win over the Dukes, but the Cards fell 1-0 to the Tigers in Thursday's final.
